Description
Welcome to this bright and modern duplex apartment in Tarifa. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a parking space and 3 terraces with fantastic views over the city, the sea, the mountains and Africa. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a newly built building with a total of 12 apartments.
On the 1st floor you will find the entrance to the apartment, a hallway, the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en suite in one of the bedrooms with a double bed. One bedroom has two single beds and another bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes with sliding doors. The bathrooms each have a shower and double washbasins and one bathroom has a bidet. A hairdryer is provided, and there is also an iron. One of the bedrooms has access to a large terrace that offers a beautiful view to Africa.
On the 2nd floor there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area and the fitted kitchen. The furnishings include a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a juicer.
There are 2 terraces, one facing west with views over the city of Tarifa and the sea all the way to the dune where you can also enjoy sunset and one facing east with views of the mountains and Africa. The east-facing terrace has a dining table with 6 chairs. The west-facing terrace is equipped with a seating area and has a sunshade. Additionally, there are 2 bean bags that can be used for all terraces.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living-dining room. There is high-speed fiber optic internet throughout. The apartment also has an underground parking space and a storage room in the garage for bicycles, surf- and kite equipment etc. Here you will also find the grill.
The building has an elevator.
The location of the apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tarifa. The old town can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the Lidl supermarket is just around the corner, and the beaches of Los Lances and Valdevaqueros can be quickly reached via the bypass road.
