Description
Located in one of the most modern apartment complexes in Tarifa, this duplex penthouse offers features that will not leave anyone indifferent. Modern decoration and furniture, we will access the apartment through the main terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing enjoying one of the best views in Europe. From here we can contemplate the immensity of the Atlantic Ocean, the proximity of the African continent and the beauty of the endless beaches of Tarifa.
The ground floor is made up of the living room, in which we will find a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. We also have a kitchen that has everything you need to cook at home: microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator-combi, dishwasher...
Also in the lower part, we will find a small room where you can store your suitcases or anything else and the main room that has a double bed, its own terrace and a private bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor we find the second bedroom also with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,
It has Air Conditioning (only in the living room) and Wifi.
The urbanization has a large swimming pool (open from 06/15 to 09/15), jacuzzi and gardens as well as underground parking.

If you know that your pet climbs on the couch and/or beds, you should bring your own sheets and towels, as well as a couch cover. The deposit is mandatory and would be lost if there is hair left on sheets, towels (if they are ours), mattresses or sofa, since these clothes could not be used again for other rentals and delays the service for the next guests
